Parents Evening

At All Saints Academy, our Parent and Carer Consultation Evenings provide valuable opportunities for guardians to meet with their child’s teachers, helping to strengthen communication, celebrate progress, and identify any areas where further support may be needed. We believe these conversations are essential in ensuring students feel supported both at home and in school, and they help families stay engaged with their child’s learning journey. Each year group has one curriculum-based consultation evening annually, alongside several bespoke events throughout the year. These include a Year 7 welcome and settling-in evening with tutors to support the transition to secondary school, a Year 9 GCSE Options Evening to guide families through subject choices, and a Year 11 Information Evening focused on exams, revision strategies, and available support programmes. Additional consultation events may also be scheduled as needed to best support our students and their families.

Parents Evenings at All Saints – SchoolCloud

All Saints utilises a system for Parents Evenings known as SchoolCloud. This will either be for on-line/virtual appointments, or where possible to book appointments for face to face meetings with staff in school.

This system offers an easy, user-friendly method of organizing and booking appointments with your child’s teachers.

We will communicate the dates for Parent Consultation Evenings at the beginning of the year, and follow up in advance of each evening with the arrangements. Please ensure your address, email and phone contact details are updated via the main office, if they change.
