Welcome to All Saints Church of England Academy, a school whose work is inspired by a belief in the unique worth and potential of every member of our community.

Our vision is to see each of our students experience “life in all its fullness” in every aspect of their education. Our classrooms, therefore, seek to support and challenge students of all academic abilities through inspirational and dynamic teaching. Our pastoral support aims to foster students’ self-belief, determination, resilience and a respect for others through our tutor and assembly programme. Our extra-curricular offer promotes a wide range of opportunities that give students the chance to experience life outside of the classroom and, in doing so, develop a wider perspective of life and a sense of awe and wonder at the world in which we live. Our culture is rooted in a the importance of team work, humility and the service of others

In helping equip students for later life, we deliver a broad and balanced PSHE offer that helps young people understand the contributions that they will be able to make in modern Britain. Alongside this, an aspirational careers programme that looks to broaden students’ horizons is embedded across all year groups.

The curriculum that we offer is broad and balanced and enables students to discover their personal talents, skills and abilities. Whether their passion be ignited by participating in sport and fitness, undertaking scientific discovery, developing technical and practical skills, nurturing a love of history or geography, or learning to communicate in a new language, we are confident that every child will be able to study the subjects that they wish to at GCSE having studied a high quality curriculum at Key Stage 3. We have thriving art and music departments that regularly showcase students’ work with our community. Underpinning our options offer is a strong academic core with progress in English, Maths and Science improving year on year. Across our whole curriculum, we aim to inspire students with outstanding teaching and learning opportunities.

We work closely with our educational partners – our multi-academy trust sponsor, Ambitions Academies Trust – and the Salisbury Diocesan Board of Education, both of whom work strategically with the senior leadership team to ensure rapid and sustainable improvement at the academy.

As a Church of England Academy, we work under the guiding principle of “Deeply Christian, for the Common Good.” Students have regular opportunities to engage in collective worship, will study GCSE RE and develop a strong understanding of the Christian faith. The principles of forgiveness, compassion and grace are central to our supportive ethos and consistency and kindness serve as our watchwords.

As Principal, I am proud to lead All Saints and never cease to be inspired by our students. We have the highest of expectations of them, so that they may achieve their full potential and in turn become the very best that they can be.

I would be delighted to welcome you in person to show you what our academy can offer.
